    Angel is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate and works primarily with adults and teens. She believes in the possibility  available for personal transformation through the counseling process. Angel has a developmental, psychodynamic approach to therapy which integrates neuroscientific methods. Angel will help you get beyond coping with the symptoms you are experiencing to addressing the deep root causes.

    Angel’s therapeutic approach is relational, holistic, compassionate, and real. She integrates techniques from several modalities, including narrative therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, when appropriate. Angel’s philosophy is that while  lasting change may take time, the results can make all the difference.

    In her free time, Angel loves hiking the magical rainforests of the PNW, playing with arts like collage and experimental music, and prolific reading. She is currently pursuing a second Master’s degree in Theology and Biblical Studies.
