Anna’s therapeutic approach pulls from multiple modalities, including DBT-informed practice, solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy. While working within disordered eating, Anna is rooted within a Health at Every Size, non-diet, inclusive perspective. She also integrates art-based interventions with individualized, strengths-based approaches.
