Anna is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adolescents and adults. She partners with her clients to help them uncover their strengths and create real and lasting change. Anna is passionate about helping you discover your path to overcoming any challenge, no matter how difficult life seems. Her approach is tailored to your needs – she allows therapy to be a creative process and not a one size fits all approach. Anna really listens, offers a calming and nonjudgemental presence, and is focused on helping you find relief.

Anna’s therapeutic approach is collaborative, informed by DBT, and utilizes narrative therapy and solution focused strategies. For clients interested in a more hands on approach she can offer art-based interventions, as sometimes these can be more effective than traditional talk therapy.
