Annabelle Gainey is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate. She works with adolescents 13+, adults, and couples – inviting you to tell your unique story, and valuing your life journey. Annabelle understands that early childhood attachments and experiences play a major role in the development of identity and self. She walks alongside you through a process of self-exploration, vulnerability, and authenticity – knowing healing is possible!
Annabelle incorporates existentialism, narrative, emotion focused therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in her work. She has worked in mental health related fields for several years, ranging from crisis intervention, child development, community mental health, and grief. She is passionate about suicide prevention and providing resources for her community.
