    Catherine Buckheit has provided psychotherapy throughout Washington state since 2014. She is trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, lifespan integration, play therapy, compassion focused therapy and narrative therapy. She tailors her approach to match the unique needs of each person she welcomes into the therapeutic process.
