Jennifer Skorch, MS, LMFT
Jen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about supporting others through difficult times in their lives and in their relationships. She supports clients in gaining a better understanding of past experiences and relationship dynamics in order to create sustainable changes. Her clients include couples and individuals ages 15 and older and they describe her as easy to talk to, genuinely caring, and down-to-earth.
Jen uses a strengths-based approach to promote self awareness around emotional experiences, addressing shame, strengthening vulnerability, and increasing assertive communication. Building on a foundation of a trusting relationship, Jen helps you explore effective coping strategies to meet life’s challenges.
