Laura is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate working with adults, couples and children. She has had the privilege of working with diverse populations to navigate a wide array of life challenges. She establishes positive connections with her clients that foster meaningful change for individuals, couples and families. Laura helps clients improve communication skills, eliminate distress, and increase meaningful interactions.
Laura has an integrated approach to therapeutic intervention. She utilizes techniques from Person Centered, Narrative, CBT, and Psychodynamic theories to create a treatment plan specific to the individual client. Laura assists clients with identifying personal strengths and resources that can lead to positive outcomes.
