Lisa Blechschmidt is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist Associate who works with adults, adolescents, and couples. She believes that you have everything you need within yourself to heal. Lisa has studied several theoretical orientations and believes in integrating those methods in a way that is individualized to suit each client. Mainly, Lisa utilizes Psychodynamic theory, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT),Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment theory as the foundation for her therapeutic practice.
