    Liz (Elizabeth) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in therapy with adolescents, young adults, older adults and families. Oftentimes clients are struggling with feelings of shame and doubt that get in the way of growth they desire. Liz uses a strength-based approach to address complex issues. She supports clients in realizing their own sense of worth — leading to increased feelings of empowerment and confidence. Liz knows that all clients have innate abilities to solve the life struggles they face. She comes alongside them in this process toward their specific goals.

    Liz utilizes CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and narrative therapy — meeting clients where they are at — whatever they are facing.
