Maria is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Associate providing therapy for children, adolescents and adults. She is passionate about creating a safe and accepting place for her clients. Maria believes your active participation throughout the entire healing process is vital for success. She will listen, reflect, provide insight, and assist you with developing skills aimed at overcoming life stressors. Maria’s goal is your personal empowerment – that you gain awareness of your own ability for change.
Maria’s theoretical orientation includes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), client centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and more. She tailors her approach to focus on the needs of the client. Maria serves both English and Spanish Speaking clients.
