    Opportunities for Full-time and Part-time Therapists

    Full Time: 20 or more sessions per week

    Part-time: minimum 15 sessions per week.

    Mill Creek and Everett locations.

    Fully Licensed & Associate Therapists.

    This is an excellent opportunity for fully Licensed and Associate who demonstrate the heart and skills needed to help our valued clients and who want to be a part of a flourishing team.

    Employment includes afternoon and evening work – with Saturday availability favorable. Therapists preferred who can see diverse client populations and presenting issues. Experience working with couples and/or children is a plus. Ideal candidates will also have knowledge of cognitive-behavioral treatment models.

    Minimum Requirements

    Master’s degree and full professional license in Washington State, including:

    • Licensed Mental Health Counselor,
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or
    • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.

    A Hybrid Model of Service Delivery

    Our providers enjoy the freedom to choose to see clients from our beautiful offices in Mill Creek or Everett, provide telehealth from the comfort of their home, or a combination of BOTH.

    Associates Welcome to Apply:

    In additional to fully licensed providers, we are currently considering applicants who have an Associate license level.

    Availability

    Availability for afternoon/evening work is required. Weekend availability is a plus. Part-time or full-time work available.

    Enrollment on insurance panels is welcomed, but not required.
