Current Opportunities for Full-time and Part-time Therapists
Full Time: 20 or more sessions per week
Part-time: minimum 15 sessions per week.
Mill Creek and Everett locations.
Fully Licensed & Associate Therapists.
This is an excellent opportunity for fully Licensed and Associate providers. MCFS team members demonstrate the heart and skills needed to help our valued clients and who want to be a part of a flourishing organization.
Employment includes some afternoon and evening work – with Saturday availability favorable. Therapists preferred who can see diverse client populations and presenting issues. Experience working with couples and/or children is a plus. Ideal candidates will also have knowledge of cognitive-behavioral treatment models.

Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree and full professional license or associate license in Washington State, including:
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor,
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.

We invite therapists with their Associates license to apply and build your career at MCFS. We offer a robust Associate’s program — complete with regular clinical supervision, training, and all the support you need included.
A Hybrid Model of Service Delivery
Our providers enjoy the freedom to choose to see clients from our beautiful offices in Mill Creek or Everett, provide telehealth from the comfort of their home, or a combination of BOTH.
Availability
You set your own hours, and see your ideal clients. This creates the perfect mix of freedom and security. Some afternoon/evening work is required to best meet the needs of our clients. Weekend availability is a plus. Part-time or full-time work available.
You have the freedom to choose your desired amount of time-off — not just limited to a few weeks a year!
