    Our MCFS counselors are Preferred Providers with most major insurance plans, including:

    We currently DO NOT accept: Medicaid, Medicare, DSHS, Washington Apple Health, TriCare, or Community Health Plan of Washington.

    Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Your insurance company can verify your benefits for psychotherapy services.

    Some insurance plans also include Out-of-Network benefits as an option if you don’t see your plan on this list. Feel free to give us a call so we can help you determine if counseling may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Or, you can check your coverage carefully by calling your insurance and asking the following questions:

    Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

    What is my deductible and has it been met?

    How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

    What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

    Is approval required from my primary care physician or managed care company?

    Rates & Allowed Amounts

    Psychotherapy rates are established using Usual and Customary Charge guidelines for the geographical area. Give us a call to determine your anticipated cost depending on your insurance coverage and use.

    Insurance companies establish “Allowed Amounts” for services that are independent of provider charges. Insurance company reimbursements are based on their unique established rate for services and the amount or percentage of patient responsibility. Our administrative staff is happy to contact your company and find out what your benefits will cover and any cost for each session, the deductibles that might apply, co-pays, co-insurance, etc. Give us a call, and we can review the anticipated costs for services provided.

    Payment

    We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard as forms of payment.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a fee according to our missed appointment policy.
