Agnes utilizes a wide variety of approaches to care, tailored to fit your specific needs. She offers Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy (in training). She provides therapy in English and Polish.
