Allegra Hollenbeck, MA, LMFT
Allegra is a licensed marriage and family therapist who works with teens, adults, couples, and families. She helps you explore your unique challenges and develop your personal strengths and goals to move through them. With Allegra’s compassionate support, you will increase your awareness and learn to communicate your needs more effectively. Allegra infuses the therapeutic process with authenticity and humor as you learn and practice new tools designed for your growth. She helps move you forward on your personal journey, at your own pace, one step at a time.
Allegra's work values the uniqueness of each human being, focuses on your strengths, and is grounded in mindfulness and family systems perspectives. She uses various theoretical approaches to help you improve your relationship with yourself and others. Allegra offers cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and she is Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed. Additionally, she utilizes the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or "Tapping") and she is in-training for providing eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

Allegra enjoys going on hikes and exploring the many natural wonders of the PNW with her family. She also enjoys diving into a good podcast, occasional trivia night outings, and spending quality time with her friends. She has a special appreciation for live theatre, comedy, and karaoke.
