    Allegra is a licensed marriage and family therapist who works with teens, adults, couples, and families. She helps you explore your unique challenges and develop your personal strengths and goals to move through them. With Allegra’s compassionate support, you will increase your awareness and learn to communicate your needs more effectively. Allegra infuses the therapeutic process with authenticity and humor as you learn and practice new tools designed for your growth. She helps move you forward on your personal journey, at your own pace, one step at a time.

    Allegra draws on several theoretical approaches grounded in humanistic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and family systems theories. She also uses mindfulness, strength-based, and narrative therapy tools to help you improve your relationship to yourself and others.
