Angel Peterson, MA, LMHC

Angel is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and works with adults, teens and couples. She enjoys helping others find hope and achieve personal transformation through  psychotherapy informed by neuroscience. Angel will help you get beyond merely coping with symptoms, to addressing deeper root causes of your current experience. 

Angel’s therapeutic style is relational, holistic, and down to earth. Her theoretical orientation draws from Object Relations, Coherence Therapy, Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic, developmental, and existential therapy. Her approach to couples work is emotionally focused and relationally driven. Her philosophy is that if we are willing to face our fears and do the work, we can achieve lasting change.
