    Angela is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor experienced in working with children, teens, young adults, adults, couples and families.  She believes we are the sum of our experiences and we all have a unique story to tell. Angela provides a safe, supportive, non-judgmental setting for you to share your story and discover what lasting change you want to make in your life. Her intention is to create a space where we can discuss your needs and goals, identify your strengths, and allow you to feel truly seen and heard.

    Angela’s therapeutic approach is warm, genuine, and supportive, meeting you right where you are and giving you space to discover where you want to be. Angela has postgraduate training in a variety of therapeutic modalities including DBT, narrative therapy, expressive arts therapy, solution-focused therapy, emotion focused therapy, trauma-informed care and post-traumatic growth. Through curiosity, discovery and collaboration, she will work with you to create and accomplish goals, as well as bring insight to challenging areas of your life.
