Carson Sojka, MA, LMHCA

Carson is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who works with teens and adults. He cultivates a safe, warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore, heal, and grow into the best versions of themselves. 

His therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each individual’s needs. Depending on the presenting concerns and goals, Carson draws from person-centered therapy, Adlerian therapy, existential-humanism therapy, and reality/choice therapy. He often integrates aspects of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), strengths-based approaches, and is trauma-informed.

Carson deeply values the uniqueness of each individual and is passionate about providing neurodivergent-affirming and gender-affirming care for all clients.
