Chloe Traynor, MA, LMHCA

Chloe Traynor is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist Associate who works with children, adolescents, and adults. Chloe has a Masters in Teaching and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Chloe believes all behavior serves a purpose, even if it’s keeping someone feeling stuck. With this understanding she tailors therapy for a client’s specific needs and the changes they desire. Chloe expresses empathy, unconditional positive regard, and helps each person understand and uncover their strengths.
Chloe uses a variety of therapeutic approaches in her practice, guided by her client’s specific needs. Some of these include: trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), narrative therapy, internal family systems therapy (IFS), play therapy, sensorimotor therapy, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT).
Chloe’s background in teaching allows her to be especially skilled in providing clients education about their internal struggles. She helps people to better understand themselves and their life experiences. Chloe has had the honor of serving diverse and underserved populations and approaches counseling with a social justice framework.
