Corey is a licensed Marriage and Family therapist working with teens, adults, couples and families. He has always naturally gravitated towards helping others — which led to his formal education as a therapist. Corey allows space for clients to talk deeply about their lives and struggles. He uses his innate skills alongside his professional training to help his clients move through their challenges.
Corey is invested in helping you find your way to the life you desire. He will heighten your self-awareness as you develop more satisfying connections and healthier relationships with those around you. Corey uses a wide variety of therapeutic approaches/methods, including (but not limited to); psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Gottman method interventions, healthy relationship education, experiential approaches, psychoeducation, ego state therapy, emotion focused therapy, and incorporates many elements of trauma informed care.
