Denise is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate working with adults (18+) to address issues of depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues. Through active and empathetic listening, she helps you understand how your unique story impacts the experiences you have today

Denise is passionate about assisting her clients to obtain their goals with a collaborative treatment approach. She integrates a systemic approach with incorporation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), reality based approaches, narrative therapy and incorporation of art based approaches. She is also trained in the evidence-based Flash Technique, a therapeutic intervention that supports the processing of distress using EMDR.
