Ericka Reihl, MS, LMHCA

Ericka is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who sees children, tweens, adults, couples and families. She is dedicated to helping you make the changes you want for yourself, your relationships, and for your life.

Ericka’s approach to therapy is a collaborative process of curiosity, healing, and transformation. Through a client-centered and strengths-based approach, she will support you on your journey toward a better understanding of yourself, and a more empowered life.

Ericka utilizes an integrated approach in her therapeutic work, with an emphasis in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She supports her clients with compassion and understanding, as they discover their strengths and identify the changes they wish to see in their lives.

In addition to her experiences as a therapist, Ericka also has extensive experience as a Behavior Specialist in residential treatment facilities. During this time, she worked with children and their families to manage challenging behaviors, build new coping skills, and help both individuals and families establish new structures and routines. Ericka values being part of a family’s journeys as they improve overall functioning, gain new skills, and increase family harmony.
