Jacob Nowlan, MA, LMHCA
Jacob is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who works with children, teens, and adults. Guided by his passion and natural inclination for helping others navigate life’s challenges, he was inspired to pursue a career in counseling.
Jacob appreciates the unique challenges and experiences of each individual. He respects each person’s path in life and meets them with acceptance and understanding wherever they are on their journey. His approach to therapy is collaborative and flexible, allowing clients to explore, learn, and grow at their own pace. Jacob draws from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and art therapy. These approaches allow Jacob to support clients in building emotional awareness, improving their coping skills, and finding healthy ways to express themselves.
