Jenny Hayse, MA, LMFTA

Jenny Hayse is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. She enjoys supporting clients as they navigate relationship challenges, manage life transitions, overwhelming emotions, and face identity questions. Her approach is relational, strengths-based, and collaborative. Jenny deeply values the therapeutic relationship and strives to create a space where all clients feel supported, accepted and understood.

Jenny values the unique experiences of each individual. She and views therapy as an opportunity for clients to better understand themselves, the challenges or patterns causing them pain, and move toward the changes they hope to make. Jenny believes that everyone has an innate capacity for growth and is committed to walking alongside her clients, supporting them to uncover and strengthen their potential. She works from a systemic perspective, always considering the broader context of clients’ relationships, environments, and communities.

Jenny tailors her approaches to each client's individual needs utilizing modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
