Jenny Hayse, MA, LMFTA

Jenny is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who works with children, teens, and adults – both individually and within couples and families. She is passionate about working with her clients to overcome emotional distress; navigate periods of change and identity formation; and build lives rich with meaning and fulfilling relationships. Jenny deeply values the role of the therapeutic relationship, and prioritizes creating a space for her clients to feel supported, accepted, and safe.

Jenny works with all clients from a systemic perspective, considering the various contexts in which her clients and their relationships exist, and the impact these systems have on their functioning. Jenny primarily draws from emotion focused therapy, family systems theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy – however, her work with clients is tailored to best fit individual needs and goals.

Finding a therapist and starting treatment can be many things – overwhelming, exciting, and scary. Jenny welcomes all hopes and fears you carry, and considers it a privilege to join you in them.
