Kyrsten Sigel, MA, LMHCA
Kyrsten is a licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate working with teens, adults, couples, and families. She appreciates that people are multifaceted, and offers a whole-person perspective of human development. Kyrsten invites her clients to bring any and all struggles they are facing, whether they are situational, historical, cognitive, emotional, relational, or societal – and she meets her clients right where they are.
Kyrsten approaches therapy from a bio-psycho-social-spiritual model. She incorporates person-centered and existential therapy perspectives, as well as cognitive behavioral therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). For relational work, Kyrsten incorporates the Gottman Method and is trained in Level one and two of this approach. These modalities encourage her clients to gain increased self-understanding while also offering practical steps to achieve their goals.

In her free time, Kyrsten enjoys quality time with family and friends, creative arts, reading, leather crafting, oil painting, and dog training. She has fun exploring the PNW outdoors, including camping and rock climbing.
