Leslie Hall, MAEd, LMHCA

Leslie Hall is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist Associate who works with adolescents and adults. Leslie views the counseling process as collaborative in nature. Her job is to facilitate recovery and growth – not to judge or dictate how life should be lived. She believes in pursuing and reclaiming the wholeness that is in you. Leslie does not see therapy as a one-size fits all approach, but tailors it to your needs at the moment to help you navigate the complex terrain of being and becoming. Her approach is kind, compassionate, and non-judgmental.

Leslie has studied several theoretical orientations and believes in integrating those methods and tailoring them to the needs of her clients (as opposed to adhering to only one orientation). Mainly, Leslie utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Feminist Therapy as the foundation for her therapeutic practice.
