Lina Sviridovich, MA, LMHCA
Lina Sviridovich is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who works with children (age 10+), adolescents and adults. She is passionate about helping people discover their strengths and deepen their connection to life’s greater meaning and purpose. Lina offers compassionate care that is evidence based, allowing her to comprehensively address a variety of struggles. Whether you are dealing with relationship challenges, past trauma, emotional struggles or just need help adjusting to life changes, Lina is eager to help you create a life worth living.
Lina uses therapeutic approaches based in existentialism, mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). She also enjoys working from an attachment theory perspective, as she believes that our early relationships from childhood can shape the way we later develop relationships with ourselves and others. Lina appreciates that we cannot always control what happens in our lives, but she believes that we can learn to control how we respond, allowing us to feel more capable and empowered.
Lina believes that taking steps towards our own liberation and healing is our bravest act of self-love. Lina’s goal is to support you in your journey through life’s difficulties with empathetic guidance and insight. She believes that humans are incredibly resilient and sometimes we just need a little help reconnecting with our internal wisdom.
