Lucy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has a passion for working with children, teens, and adults. Lucy believes that warmth, acceptance, and empathy are at the core of a positive therapeutic relationship and works to promote an environment of safety and trust where your voice is heard and valued.

Lucy understands that life can provide barriers and challenges and believes that hope is the motivating force at the heart of any change. Using your innate strengths and skills, she works with you to explore the barriers to fulfilling personal goals and by inspiring hope and optimism, supports you to move forward toward lasting change.

Lucy believes that therapy is most effective when it is collaborative and tailors her therapeutic approach to match the values and goals of each person coming into therapy. She has received advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through Harborview Center for Sexual Assault and Traumatic Stress and incorporates Person-Centered, Parent Management Training and Solution-Focused elements into her work. Lucy also incorporates problem-solving and skill-building into therapy work.
