McKenna Lange, MA, LMHC

McKenna is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor serving adolescents (aged 12+), adults, and families. Personal empowerment is central to her work. As a result, McKenna’s clients gain new skills and insight as they move through current life challenges with increased confidence. With curiosity and compassion, McKenna invites you into new experiences of healing and personal growth. 

While tailoring therapy to your individual needs, McKenna utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy as the foundation for her therapeutic practice. Deeply committed to social justice education and training, McKenna offers a therapeutic environment that is non-judgmental, gender-affirming, culturally and systemically aware, and honors each person’s unique background and lived experiences.
