Natalie Carr, MA, LMHCA

Natalie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate working with children, teens, young adults, and families. Passionate about her clients’ well-being, she aims to create a space where clients feel safe, welcome, and supported.  Natalie understands that by creating a nurturing and judgment-free environment, clients are then able to begin working towards their goals. She is committed to her clients, providing support and encouragement through their journey of self-exploration, healing, and growth.

Natalie has a diverse background, having worked with children experiencing trauma as well as adults working towards sobriety. She is able to incorporate this expertise into the variety of interventions she uses today. These therapeutic modalities include person-centered therapy, solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma focused therapy. When working with children, she incorporates elements of play therapy and art therapy as well, allowing children to have fun while learning how to better communicate their story as well as their needs. By employing these approaches, Natalie strives to help her clients build resiliency, strength, and hope within an engaging and supportive therapeutic environment.
