Nicole Adrienne Grant, MS, LSWAIC

Nicole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate who works with children, teenagers and adults. She has experience supporting individuals from all walks of life and honors each person’s unique experiences, beliefs and perspectives. Nicole provides a holistic approach to client care, which views the mind, body and spirit as interconnected. She creates the space for each client to feel heard, valued and cared about amid whatever adversity they are facing. 

Nicole utilizes a combination of therapeutic modalities, including narrative therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic interventions and mindfulness-based approaches. She is a certified yoga therapist and longtime yoga practitioner. Nicole values approaches based in neuroscience and her background in studying nutrition and reiki enable her to understand diverse approaches to healing.

In addition to Nicole’s passion for practicing yoga, in her free time she also enjoys studying neuroscience and epigenetics. She is enthralled with world cultures and enjoys travel, cooking, and music. Nicole has two adult children she counts as her most impactful teachers.
