Paige Hyndman, MSW, LSWAIC

Paige is a Licensed Social Work Associate who primarily works with adolescents and adults. She listens deeply to clients and seeks to create a grounded space that allows them to explore their thoughts, feelings, and unique stories of resilience.

Paige believes that therapy is a collaborative journey. She is intent on supporting clients in better understanding and creating what brings them peace and meaning. Paige’s background of working in therapeutic settings and non-profits has made her attuned to the diverse needs of others, and she respects the goals and desires of each individual. She is committed to being culturally humble and recognizes the worth and dignity of every client she serves.

Paige believes in an integrated therapeutic approach to best support each client. She most often utilizes somatic therapy, Internal Family systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness therapy approaches.
