Raja is a Licensed Social Work Associate who works with adults and teenagers. She is able to conduct therapy sessions in both English and Arabic. Raja supports clients in navigating life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and practical tools for lasting change. She offers person-centered care that honors each individual’s unique story, strengths, and capacity for growth. Raja believes that healing begins within a trusting, collaborative therapeutic relationship.
Her trauma-informed approach is deeply rooted in empathy, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful change. Raja draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based practices. She tailors her approach to meet each client where they are, helping them build insight, resilience, and a renewed sense of balance.
Raja’s goal is to help clients strengthen their emotional well-being, reconnect with their inner strengths, and live in greater alignment with their authentic selves.
