Raja is a Licensed Social Work Associate who helps adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and practical tools for lasting change. She offers person-centered care that honors each individual’s unique story, strengths, and capacity for growth. Raja believes that healing begins within a trusting, collaborative therapeutic relationship.
Her trauma-informed approach is deeply rooted in empathy, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful change. Raja draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based practices. She tailors her approach to meet each client where they are, helping them build insight, resilience, and a renewed sense of balance.
Raja’s goal is to help clients strengthen their emotional well-being, reconnect with their inner strengths, and live in greater alignment with their authentic selves. Dedicated to continual growth as a clinician, she actively engages with current research and emerging best practices to enhance her therapeutic work and provide informed, effective care.
