Samantha Moore, MEd, LMHCA
Samantha is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who works with teens (13+) and adults. She is passionate about creating a warm and compassionate therapeutic relationship in which her clients feel seen, respected, and empowered. Samantha strives to create a supportive environment that fosters authenticity, curiosity, and self-discovery as clients navigate their unique paths toward healing.
Samantha has a particular interest in working with young and emerging adults, helping them navigate the complexities of self-development, life transitions, and relationships. She utilizes a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and feminist approaches. Recognizing that therapy is an inherently collaborative process, Samantha works alongside her clients to build on their existing strengths while integrating humor, joy, and levity into the healing process.
