Shobhna is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working primarily with adults. She meets you right where you are, wherever you may be on life’s journey. Shobhna helps you identify your personal strengths and intentionally cultivate what truly matters to you.

Shobhna uses an integrated and collaborative approach to counseling. Her theoretical orientation includes person centered therapy, mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and a humanistic approach. She understands that life can be challenging and overwhelming at times. As a compassionate witness to your journey, Shobhna creates a safe space for you to explore and unravel the complexities of life.
