Sophia Mora-Fitzgerald is a Licensed Social Work Associate who works with adolescents and adults. Her warm and inviting nature creates a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.

Growing up in the city of Chicago, Sophia’s roots shape her approach – a blend of warmth, cultural awareness, and a genuine understanding of the diverse challenges life presents. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or personal growth goals, Sophia accompanies individuals on a journey of self-discovery, providing support and insight along the way to encourage healing.

Sophia draws from a toolbox of therapeutic modalities including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), narrative therapy, and various mindfulness practices to craft a tailored approach for each individual.
