Veronica Parnitski, MEd, LMHCA

Veronica is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who provides individual therapy to adolescents and adults of all ages. She is committed to developing strong and collaborative therapeutic relationships and considers it an honor to work with her clients as they address their unique life challenges.

Veronica approaches her work with genuine compassion, warmth, and acceptance. She works from a non-judgmental perspective, providing inclusivity and cultural humility. Creating a safe and supportive environment is of the utmost priority for Veronica. She works to ensure that clients feel comfortable expressing themselves authentically and exploring their challenges, allowing them to make meaningful and positive changes. 

Veronica’s work is strengths-based and founded in person-centered and trauma-informed approaches. Additionally, she incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), mindfulness, and somatic based interventions. Veronica’s clients can expect a collaborative exploration of their innate strengths, resilience, and wisdom. She supports clients in gaining new perspectives, tools, and strategies to feel more empowered in their lives.

Driven by a love for travel and the arts, Veronica spends her time discovering new cultures through music, food, and dance. An avid cook and choral singer, she balances her adventurous spirit with quiet evenings at home with her partner, friends, and their cats.
