    Bridgett Bodine is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adolescents, young adults, and families through the many difficulties that life brings.

    Bridgett strives to ensure that every individual feels safe and secure while pursuing therapy, and will meet everyone where they are, regardless of background or walk of life. Throughout treatment, Bridgett utilizes a person-centered approach, allowing the space to process emotions and unresolved conflict, while applying practical steps through cognitive behavioral therapy and other action based therapies. Through the many unknowns of life, Bridgett strives to provide support in relational and personal struggles to promote a higher quality of life, providing concrete tools and interventions to aid clients as they discover their strengths.
