    Caitlyn is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker providing therapy for adolescents and adults. She helps clients uncover and enhance their many strengths as they move through life’s challenges. Caitlyn listens deeply as clients share their stories of adversity, tenacity and celebrations.

    Caitlyn has worked with people of all ages from various racial, ethnic, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds, as well as gender and sexual identities. She understands the importance of integrating a client’s culture, social location, personal and family histories into their treatment. Caitlyn looks forward to supporting you in living the life that you desire.

    With her years of experience, Caitlyn utilizes psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), attachment theory, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness and narrative therapy.
